Returns/Exchanges

We are incredibly proud of the products in our shop and want to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee!

If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us through our "Contact" tab or at prouddogapparel@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help! We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from when a product is received. The product must be unused and in new condition. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges. If your product arrived damaged in any way, please email us a description and photo(s) of the item's condition and we will send you a replacement.

Note: While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof and there are instances where the hardware may need to be replaced. We’re happy to replace any hardware defects; however, damages caused by pet chewing, misuse, or natural scratches and wear over time cannot be replaced.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at prouddogapparel@gmail.com
