We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in new condition.

Please note that while our products are made to last, they are not chew-proof.

Examples of returnable items due to defects:

• Hardware or assembly defects
• Sewing breakage
• Bandana snap malfunctions

Refund WILL NOT be issued if there's:

• Chewing or biting damage
• Misuse of the product
• Normal wear and tear over time
  
  

If you believe your item has a defect, please send us an email at prouddogapparel@gmail.com with your order number & a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right!

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs, and we reserve the right to determine if an item qualifies for replacement.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, banks and credit card companies may take extra time to process it.
